Binge
I was laying here tonight feeling extremly gluteanous and guilty. Today started well with a light breakfast, I hit the gym, had 10 glasses of water in before lunch and had a healthy lunch...It did not however end well. I worked a 13 hr day where I was stuck in my bosses house (I am a caregiver and take care of a women with alzheimers) and she bought a cheesecake, a coffee cake, cherry pie and ice cream. I took ms Eleanor ( not her real name changed for her privacy) to dinner at Texas Roadhouse where I proceded to eat an entire basket of rolls to myself, a cup of chili, chicken and a sweet potato. I was really hoping to break the 400 lb line this week, obviously since Monday is just one day away I do not see this happening. I need some support and a big ol kick in the ass (pardon my french).

Dole fruit Crisps
I recently tried dole fruit crisps (apple cinnamon flavor) I saw them at the grocery store. They are new and I loved the idea of a healthy dessert at only 160 calories! As soon as I got home I popped one in the microwave, put the topping on and voila! 20 seconds to a great dessert. I love that they are not sugar free so no after taste and it tastes just like the real thing.

In lue of new beginnings
I wish I could say that all the things I have wanted to accomplish I have overcame, but that statement is infact untrue. I stand (rather sit) here and wish I could tell you that I felt as though I was a changed person and that everything bad in my life had left me long ago. The preceeding statement then would also be untrue. Is my life better? sure I suppose it is. I find that many times we don't realize how good something truly is in the moment that it is happening, but rather it is later down the line when it is too late to recapture it that we realize the significance of that moment.Sometimes I feel as though I am strong and that my trunk is so thick that no amount of harm could blow me down, and sometimes I feel as though I am just a branch and just a little wind could knock me down. I want to be the tall strong tree, the one that is unbreakable. I am too scared too often to be this person, I do not have the support system I previously had and that makes me feel even weaker.Change scares me, like most I am stuck in my ways and I truly believe that my way is the right way and though it may seem wrong I am the norm in my thinking

Biggest Loser Protein Powder Vanilla Bean
I ordered this from Amazon last week, as soon as I got it I had to try it! Now in the past I have had horrible experiences with protein powders, but I decided to give this one a try. Definetly worth the money, hands down best flavor and taste of any protein powders I have ever tasted. I have tried it mixed with water and also in a smothie of yogurt fruit and ice, both are delicious. It really rejuvenates me after my workout and leaves me full for hours, its chock full of vitamin C, fiber and calcium, which means its way better than anything else I have seen on the market, plus its only 50 calories! You can use it to jumpstart your morning, it gives you a crazy amount of energy, not the jittery kind, or as a snack to curb hunger or just to refuel after your workout. I think next I will try the red raspberry. I have tried the Jillian Michaels brand of whey protein (available at walmart) and found that it did not mix well and also had a very chalky taste.
